Class Action Lawsuit
Attorney Tandy Hunt along with other senior attorney's in Roswell will be representing the Alliance in our class action lawsuit. Mr. Hunt contacted the other attorneys and they have agreed to assist him.
They will not begin actual work on our case until sometime in December as they are involved in large cases presently.
The attorneys will be charging us NO FEES - however WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR court costs and filing fees. For this, we have been instructed to raise $10,000.00.
After talking to law firms in Albuquerque that would not have even touched this case for less than $50,000.00 - this is very reasonable and attainable.
