Let us not forget our Mission!
As such, AS PART OF AN ALLIANCE, WE MUST NOW LEAVE THIS IN THE HANDS OF OUR VERY CAPABLE ATTORNEY. I know how very hard it is to sit back and wait - believe me I know - but we must. One of the big frustrations has been the Roswell Daily Record. The one-sided reporting has been incredulous. I never, in my wildest imaginations, dreamed that Drake would follow through with his threats to take out the trees and shrubs at the cemetery. Doing so, proved to me the measure of this man. This newspaper has supported him - and even yesterday miserably failed to fairly report the incident. By so doing - the Roswell Daily Record has proven to me the measure of these people. Tit for tat accomplishes nothing - sometimes we just need to walk away. The coverage that was given the ALLIANCE by KOB and KBIM was exceptional. We must wisely pick our fights and remember that the Record can and will print what they want. So, please share your frustrations, concerns, questions, whatever with Jack, Jery, me or each other - but let's be very careful that we do NOTHING that will hurt our class action lawsuit.
Each and every one of you are vital to the goals and mission of this ALLIANCE. As we move ahead, please be assured that we will let you know INFORMATION as soon as we learn it. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER. We have great gratitude for the trust you all have put in us as we work to honor our loved ones final resting place and try to preserve a burial place for those who have purchased one for themselves and their families.
